Well, well, well, google + and blogger are not playing nice for me. Of course our relationship has just started, so perhaps we just all need to learn how to communicate with each other better.
I say this because I'm having trouble getting my next vid up, but hey, you've got something to look forward too. I did hit the scale today, I'm weighing in at 226.5 lbs, which I'm pretty happy with because I've been hanging around 230 for awhile.
Ok, the vid I end up posting will actually be before this blog...so if it's confusing, just go with it.
